Howdy Readers! It has been a busy couple of months and I just finished my second to last semester of graduate school. (Yay!) I am hoping that I can start to get into the habit of rolling out more blog posts but I am not sure how the next semester will go considering that I will begin data collection for my thesis study.

Sunday Funday: Runner's exercise of the day.

Here is a quick video highlighting a great exercise for runners. This is an exercise that I like using with athletes that are struggling with overcoming issues with glute inhibition and proper core stabilization. Keeping your pelvis level and equal is very challenging and can be great as a corrective exercise for something like the rotary stability test on the FMS. You don't a TRX do to this either...any suspension trainer, sturdy rope, a plyobox,

Here are a couple quick links related to autoimmune disease, low back pain(LBP), infections and food. These were brought to my attention via Paul Jaminet's recent tweets. Definitely something that hasn't been on my radar as a clinician or as a person that has suffered from LBP in the past.
